There’s a great article on Starcraft 2 Blizzcon hands on impressions over at ShackNews.com. Some of the key points from the article:

• Many of the new units are reiterations of older units split into more specific roles; for example, the wraith has been replaced by the Banshee and Predator
• Terran Starports can be upgraded to a StarBase, which can create units while floating in the air
• Transforming animation (siege tanks, viking mech) is smooth and sexy
• Small health bars above units and buildings
• Unlimited units can be selected
• Any two templar can be combined into an archon
